Refund policy

Digital Products

All products sold through Clear Path Library are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive any rights to a return once the download or access has been provided.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@clearpathlibrary.com and we will assist you promptly.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

Refunds may be issued in the case of:

- Duplicate purchases of the same product

- Accidental duplicate billing

- Proven technical failure preventing access to the product

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

For customers located in the European Union:

By purchasing and receiving immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
